Design/Build
Our philosophy of a single superintendent is assigned from the start to the completion of every project. This project oversight, collaborating with the owner, architect, Link team, and contractor drives efficiencies, eliminates costly miscommunication, and saves time and money. This philosophy delivers accountability, quality, and value.
Build
Our project-build approach combines single-point oversight, listening to the customer, quality of design, dedicated and skilled team, trusted partners, and vigilant adherence to schedule and budget. This oversight, trust, and transparency combine to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
Renovation
We also offer renovation expertise. Not every project is a new build, and we collaborate with our customers to find the best and most cost-efficient solution for their company.
Steel Fabrication Shop
Our steel fabrication shop provides Link customers with custom-built products, from cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling steel into different types of configurations to be used in larger structures ready to be installed once they arrive at the construction site.
