Previously a major department store, CRSI (Champagne County Residential Services, Inc.) is a complete remodel and restoration. It is 60,000 sf with a new trapezoidal standing seam roof. Shaker shingles and custom woodwork enhance the entrance area, with the remainding exterior being and a combination masonry/ metal siding. The interior was completely restructured.
